Georg Betzenhauser

We are sad to announce the passing of Georg O. Betzenhauser on March 16.  He was 62 years old. He is predeceased by his parents, John and Joan, his twin sister Margaret and many deeply loved furry friends.  Georg served in the U.S.M.C.  and worked as an electrical Technician for most of his life.  You may have known him for his creativity, ability to fix anything or his ‘equilibrium theory’.  Georg had a unique and special relationship with everyone he knew, especially his best friend Mike Camps.  Georg wanted to save the world, but unfortunately ran out of time.  We pray he was met at the Rainbow bridge by grace and virtue.  He is survived by his two daughters, two brothers, three sisters and their families.  A Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday March 25, 2024 at 10:30am at St. James Church 147 Main Street Johnson City. The family will receive friends on Monday at 9:30 am until the time of the Mass at the church.
