Josephine Kuzia

Josephine (Jo) Kuzia, 82, has passed into eternal peace. Jo was predeceased by her husband Edward and her daughter Michelle Kuzia. Jo is survived by her daughter Cathleen Kuzia, her brother Joseph Carioggia and many friends and relatives. Jo was Director of Human Resources at Maple Vail Press. She volunteered at The American Civics Center and started the Garlic Festival there. She was an avid golfer, chef and a lover of life. She will be greatly missed. A Funeral Mass will be offered at St James Church, 147 Main St, Johnson City at 9:30AM Tuesday, October 23. Burial will be at St Stanislaus Kostka Cemetery at the convenience of the family. The family will receive friends at The J.F. Rice Funeral Home, Inc. 150 Main St, Johnson City on Monday October 22, from 4 to 7PM.. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Johnson City Senior Center or to your choice of PBS or NPR station, In memory of Josephine (Jo) Kuzia.
