Joyce M. (Major) Slezak

Joyce M. Slezak, 73, of Johnson City, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, August 23, 2018.  She was predeceased by her husband, Anthony Slezak and parents, Frank and Sarah Major.  She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tony (Kim) Slezak; her two grandchildren who were her pride and joy, Nicole and Matthew Slezak; four siblings, Francis (Martha) Major, Sarah Foley, Beverly (John) Cusano, Carol (Willie) Morais; as well as several nieces and nephews.  Joyce retired from Endicott Johnson after 35 years of service.  Family was important to Joyce and she always put those she loved first.  Graveside services will be held at Floral Park Cemetery, Johnson City, Wednesday, August 29, at 11AM.  The family wishes to thank Lourdes Hospice for their compassionate care of Joyce, especially Jamie.  Online condolences can be left for the family at www.jfricefuneralhome.com.
