With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Francine M. (Bakic) Lee, our loving and devoted grandmother, mother, and friend. On April 23, 2023 She gained her wings while sleeping peacefully at Wilson Memorial Hospital. She was preceded in death by her mother Sophia Serowik, father John Anthony Bakic, brothers Joe Bakic, Andrew Bakic and sister Rosalie Jackson (Bakic)Survived by Nichole Lee and David Lee, proud grandmother of Sean Lee and Kassandra Lee. She also shared great love for her niece, nephew and best friend Linda Barker. Fran adored and became a huge supporter of our local Animal Adventure Park. We planned a visit at least once year. She always stayed updated on the latest when it came to the giraffes. She will be dearly missed by not only her family but all her furry friends. Friends may call at the JF Rice Funeral Home 150 Main Street Johnson City New York Thursday May 4th from 1-3 pm
