7/31/28 -2/22/23 Roy went to be with the lord Wednesday the 22nd after years of health issues. Roy is pre deceased by his wife of 73 years Mary, his parents Bruce and Marion Dean, 2 brothers and 3 sisters, and 3 great grand daughters. He is survived by his 7 children Roy ( Sue ) Dean of Binghamton, Mike ( Jamie ) Dean of Endicott, David Dean of Endicott, Deborah Pasquale ( Gary ) of Endicott, Denise Calcagno of Johnson City, Darlene ( Gary ) Falank of Endicott, Denis Dean of Endicott. 26 grand children, Numerous great grand children and a few great great grand children. Roy was a veteran of WW2 and Korean which he was honorably discharged, after being discharged he was a member of the Binghamton Auxiliary Police. He also worked for Instant whip for 35 years, after a brief retirement he then went to work for Weis ( Giant ) markets for another 10 years until he finally retired to enjoy his activities he enjoyed. Roy was an avid bowler and golfer, life time member of the Primitive Methodist Church of 83 years. Services will be held at the primitive church on Wednesday March 1st on the corner of Ackley Avenue and Floral Avenue Calling hours are from 9-10 am and services to follow at 10 am burial to follow at Vestal Hills Cemetery with luncheon after back at the church .
